Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District (FCWRD) has now transitioned to our new payment portal, Xpress Bill Pay.  

This Payment portal, CivicPay, is no longer accessible.

  All customers must re-register their FCWRD sewer account by visiting our new

Xpress Bill Pay Portal: Click Here

  If you were on auto pay through a credit or debit card in CivicPay, these payments will process as normal on the due date of October 25^th.  

Thereafter, all credit and debit card auto pays will need to re-enroll

through Xpress Bill Pay for future billings.
